Website use
Use our pages lawfully and keep submitted information accurate.
Applicable law
England & WalesWhen an order becomes binding
A commission starts when we confirm the design, measurements, price and payment schedule in writing.
Details matter at every fitting
Williams & White Elegance Ltd agrees each gown in writing before work begins. You provide accurate measurements and tell us about changes that may affect fit. Appointments, fabrics, alterations and collection dates are recorded on your order. A finished garment is made to the approved design, so colour, trim and proportion may differ slightly from a screen image.
Prices and deposits
Your written quotation sets the price. A deposit reserves studio time and materials.
Fittings, changes and alterations
We agree fitting dates with you. Changes after approval may alter the price or delivery date.
Read the written order before paying a deposit. It contains the design notes, agreed measurements, fitting plan, collection date and balance due. Ask about anything that is unclear at that point. The confirmed order is the reference we use when making and adjusting your gown.
